Dr. Green is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University – College of Osteopathic Medicine.   He completed his Masters of Public Health at The Ohio State University and his Emergency Medicine Residency (where he served as Chief Resident) at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH.  Dr. Green is an Associate Professor at Midwestern University in the departments of Family and Emergency Medicine. He is also an attending physician in the ED at Palos Community hospital and a Program Chair for ACOEP.

Tami HendrikszTami Hendriksz, D.O.

John HohnerJohn Hohner, D.O.

Dr. Hohner is a 1987 CCOM grad and has been affiliated with that institution since 1981. He is a member of the CCOM OMM and Family Medicine departments. He has a Family Medicine private practice in Oak Forest Illinois. He is a member of the AOA, AAO and ACOFP and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the AAO.

Schoen KruseSchoen Kruse, Ph.D.

Dr. Kruse is currently an Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Curriculum Director of Year 2 at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Colorado in 2004, trained as a postdoctoral fellow at the Van Andel Research Institute, and became an inaugural faculty member at RVUCOM in 2008.  As curriculum director for Year 2, Dr. Kruse is involved in curriculum planning and organization, student tracking, and assessment of student and curricular outcomes.  Dr. Kruse is interested in metrics that predict success in medical school and conducts academic research in this area.

Jay MorrowJay Morrow, D.D.S.

Dr. Morrow is an Assistant Professor and Preclinical Leader at Midwestern University’s College of Dental Medicine in Glendale Arizona. He received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Washington and is currently in his fourth year of teaching at Midwestern. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

James PashayanJames Pashayan, D.D.S.

Dr. Pashayan’s professional career as a General Dentist includes a significant educational background as a clinical instructor in four dental schools. Currently, he is the Associate Dean for Clinical Education at Midwestern University’s College of Dental Medicine in Arizona. Dr. Pashayan is responsible for the clinical program in which 220 students matriculate as they progress to graduation. In addition to his duties at the College, he is also a member of the Western Regional Board of Dental Examiners and travels throughout the country to examination sites.
