Robert CainRobert Cain, DO, FACOI

Robert A. Cain, DO, FACOI, has been the Director of Medical Education at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio since 2006.  He directs strategic planning for the Ohio-CORE, is Secretary of the Association of Osteopathic Directors and Medical Educators, and is vice-chairman of the ACOI Council on Education and Evaluation.  His is interested in the development of educational models to change physician practice behavior.  The American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine certifies him in both internal medicine and pulmonary medicine.  He is a 1988 graduate of the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Millicent King ChannellMillicent King Channell, DO

Millicent King Channell, DO, FAAO is a 2001 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is Board Certifed in both Family Medicine and Neuromuscular Medicine /Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM/OMM).  She has made numerous scholarly contributions to osteopathic medicine, most notably she co-authored the book The 5-Minute Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Consult (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins 2008). Dr Channell received the Emerging Leader Award from the American Osteopathic Foundation in 2009 and the Christian R. and Mary F. Lindback Distinguished Teaching Award for 2011.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) as well as the Educational Committee (EDCOM) for the American Academy of Osteopathy. Dr Channell is currently an Associate Professor and the Acting- Chair of the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at UMDNJ-SOM.

Al DovigiAl Dovigi, DDS, MS

Dr. Dovigi graduated from the University of Toronto in 1984 and practiced general dentistry for 19 years in Canada. He returned to graduate school and specialized in Oral Pathology and graduated with his MS from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is now full time faculty at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine and provides biopsy service to the state of Arizona.

Rebecca Giusti is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific – Western University.  Dr. Giusti specialty is in OMM.=

John GranetoJohn Graneto, DO

Dr. Graneto is a 1986 graduate of the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed an osteopathic pediatric residency as well as an osteopathic EM residency both at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University, and is board certified through the AOA in both EM and Pediatrics. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Osteopathic Medical Educators. Dr. Graneto is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Midwestern University and is the Chair of Integrative Medicine at MWU-CCOM as well the Director of the Master Faculty Series.

Jo Ann Mitchell D.O. is the Director of Medical Education at McLaren Oakland, in Pontiac Michigan. She graduated from MSU-COM Medicine in 1992. Dr. Mitchell completed an Internal Medicine Residency at POH Regional Medical Center in 1995. She was the Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at McLaren Oakland from 2000-2010. She is currently on the ACOI Council on Education and Evaluation and Clinical Faculty at MSU-COM. Following her completion of the Costin Fellowship she has gone to work towards completing a Masters in Health Professionals Education at MSU-COM and will complete her teaching certificate by 2013.

Stephen PulleyStephen Pulley, DO, FACOEP

Dr. Pulley graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a Clinical Associate Professor and core faculty in Emergency Medicine at PCOM having started teaching there during residency. He also is a faculty member in the dual accredited Emergency Medicine Residency at Einstein Medical Centers in the Philadelphia region. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine with a sub-specialty CAQ in EMS. He is an active EMS Physician within his region.

Laura M. Rosch D.O., graduate of CCOM ’90 currently holds the position of Osteopathic Program director for the Internal Medicine and Traditional Internship programs at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago.  She is on staff at Central DuPage hospital in Winfield, Illinois and holds consulting positions for the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review and at the Regional office in Chicago.
